These terms govern your use of the AdsBlock app for iOS and iPadOS. By downloading or using AdsBlock, you agree to these terms.

What AdsBlock is

AdsBlock is a Safari content blocker that filters ads and trackers from web pages on your device. It runs locally through Apple's Content Blocker framework and does not act as a proxy or VPN for your traffic.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AdsBlock on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its filter rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AdsBlock for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or bypass the app's normal operation
• Use the app in a way that infringes on the rights of others

No guarantee of blocking results

AdsBlock filters ads and trackers on a best-effort basis using its rule sets. Some ads, trackers, or page elements may still load, particularly on sites that actively work around content blockers. We don't guarantee that any specific ad or tracker will be blocked.

Changes and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of AdsBlock at any time, including filter rules and update frequency. We aim to keep the app working reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

AdsBlock is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdsBlock, including data usage, page load behavior, or loss of data.

Termination

You may stop using AdsBlock at any time by disabling or deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AdsBlock after a change means you accept the updated terms.
