1. Acceptance
By installing or using PhotoSwipe Pro you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We won't make this complicated.
2. The license
PhotoSwipe Pro is free software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
3. Your content
You own your photos. We claim no rights over them. PhotoSwipe Pro processes them locally on your device and never transmits them to us or any third party. Deletions performed by the app are governed by your explicit confirmation at the time of deletion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app. That means: don't try to break it, don't try to extract its private APIs, don't redistribute it as your own, and don't use it to do anything illegal. Be a decent human. It's not hard.
5. Updates and changes
We update PhotoSwipe Pro regularly. Some updates may add features, change behavior, or — in rare cases — remove features. Where any change is material, we'll surface it inside the app before it takes effect.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will never lose a photo. Always keep a backup of your library through iCloud or another mechanism.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of PhotoSwipe Pro is limited to the amount you paid for the app — which, since it's free, is zero.
