Privacy policy.

The short version

PhotoSwipe Pro does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your data. The app processes everything on your device. There is no account. There is no cloud. There is no analytics on your private photos. The full policy below exists to satisfy lawyers and App Store reviewers.

1. Data we don't collect

We do not collect photos, videos, contacts, location, identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal information through PhotoSwipe Pro. The app's only network permission is for the optional App Store rating prompt, which is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy.

2. Photos library access

PhotoSwipe Pro requests full access to your Photos library solely to display your photos on-device and (with your explicit confirmation) delete photos you have marked for deletion. Photo access is governed by iOS and never leaves your device. You can revoke this access at any time in Settings → Privacy → Photos.

3. Third-party services

PhotoSwipe Pro contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks, no advertising networks, and no tracking pixels. We do not use Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any equivalent.

4. Children's privacy

PhotoSwipe Pro is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we don't collect any information at all, this is a non-issue in practice.

5. Changes to this policy

If we ever change anything material about how the app handles data, we will update this page and prompt you inside the app to re-read it. We will never silently expand what we collect.
